I discovered art after my parents died. The art of Chinese calligraphy gave me tranquility I desperately needed, but also introduced me into the world of brushes, paper materials and different hand movements. After a while I added colors and shapes which led me into the art of watercolor. One of my first watercolors presents tulips in a vase made of Chinese letters meaning She. Today I do not add Chinese letters into my art but I constantly move my hand in the way I used to write calligraphy

Tale about Sarajevo
My very first exhibition was in the Etnographic museum in Split. My dear friends and colleagues made that possible and I am more than grateful for what they did
Tale of Sarajevo gives my written impressions of the post-war Sarajevo. The publication is written in a third person but autobiographical with scenes of oriental atmosphere. Illustrations are reproductions of exhibited watercolors.
