I would like to have more sun and colors, but sometimes we have to be pleased with what we have: rainy days give us just few drops of light, but if we use them well we can catch up with fortune
I discovered art after my parents died. The art of Chinese calligraphy gave me tranquility I desperately needed, but also introduced me into the world of brushes, paper materials and different hand movements. After a while I added colors and shapes which led me into the art of watercolor. One of my first watercolors presents tulips in a vase made of Chinese letters meaning She. Today I do not add Chinese letters into my art but I constantly move my hand in the way I used to write calligraphy
